Dr. Omar Torres Lozada
Omar Torres Lozada, MD, FAAD, is a 20 year experienced and respected double board certified Mohs and cosmetic surgeon with two offices in New York and one in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Torres Lozada completed his dermatology residency at Columbia University’s St. Luke’s-Roosevelt-Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, where he currently is an Assistant Attending and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Torres Lozada performed countless rejuvenating surgical procedures including facelifts, blepharoplasty, liposuctions, and laser treatments.

Dr. Omar Torres Lozada is a Member of the American Society, The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and The American Society for Mohs Surgery. Dr. Torres Lozada is double boarded, including the Board of Dermatology’s newly offered Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery Subspecialty Certification. The American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) has around 1,500 members who have completed their fellowship training in Mohs surgery. The ACMS is the only organization that requires its members to have successfully completed an extensive one- to two-year fellowship training program in Mohs surgery after they have completed their years of dermatology residency training. During Dr. Torres Lozada’s fellowship, he participated in over 2,000 Mohs surgery cases.
